CETOP We are a group of like-minded people who are dedicated to improving the lives and conditions of prisoners to better support rights guaranteed by the 8th amendment of the constitution. American ideals such as self-determination and rehabilitation. Many of us have loved ones either currently in or have been in the U.S.A. Prison system and others have joined us because they feel that the way we approach our correctional system needs work in America. We realize that those changes DO effect every one of us. Although our journey as a community is starting in California U.S.A. we welcome everyone from every state and across the world to join us here to get informed, involved, and empowered! Our current focus is on High Desert State Prison (HDSP) in CA and the powerful positive movements taking place because that is where our journey begins; however, we will attempt to branch out to other CA prisons and across the Nation as we grow and with your help.
